TREE CONSTRAINTS PLANS

Heritage Tree Care Ltd. Consultancy provide detailed Tree Constraints Plans along side our Arboricultural Impact Assessments. These are a standardised requirement for Planning Applications, for proposed construction or demolition on sites with resident trees.

 

Tree Constraints Plans are a tool that can be used to aid in development of a site plan. This plan aids development and outlines encroachment areas where construction must be prohibited. 

 

Heritage Tree Care Ltd use CAD software to provide detailed .dwg and .pdf files, showing the accurate location of each tree (via longitude and latitude calculation), the root protection areas (RPAs), the retention category and the directional crown spread of all trees, groups and woodlands on-site. This document may include shading, space for future root and crown development and routing for overhead and underground services.

All of our reports are written and reviewed by appropriately qualified arborists in accordance with BS 5837:2012 Trees in Relation to Design, Demolition and Construction- Recommendations
